Shipping policy

WEXY ships sneakers worldwide. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping (US): 5-8 business days. Express Shipping (US): 2-3 business days. International Standard: 10-20 business days. International Express: 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on US orders over $150. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days please contact support@wexy.com.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at support@wexy.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. WEXY is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
