RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At WEXY, we want you to love your sneakers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn and unused with original tags attached, in the original packaging and box, free from dirt or scuffs, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Sale items marked as final sale, items purchased with a discount code of 50% or more, and gift cards cannot be returned.
To start a return, contact us at support@wexy.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability. Contact us at support@wexy.com within 30 days of delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at support@wexy.com with photos. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.

By accessing or purchasing from WEXY (wexy.com), operated by WEXY Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on WEXY.
WEXY sells authentic sneakers and footwear. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change descriptions at any time. All prices are subject to change without notice.
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
All payments are processed securely. You authorize WEXY to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order including applicable taxes and shipping.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Risk of loss and title for purchased items passes to you upon delivery.
All content on WEXY including logos, images, and text is owned by WEXY Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any WEXY content without prior written permission.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEXY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER IN QUESTION.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Miami, Florida.

SHIPPING POLICY
WEXY ships sneakers worldwide. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Standard Shipping (US): 5-8 business days. Express Shipping (US): 2-3 business days. International Standard: 10-20 business days. International Express: 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on US orders over $150. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days please contact support@wexy.com.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at support@wexy.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. WEXY is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
