The adidas x Hartcopy BW Army Decon strips an already minimal silhouette back even further.

Arriving in 2026, the collaboration reworks the German Army Trainer-inspired design with a softer, deconstructed build and reduced padding throughout. The Crystal White leather upper is paired with off-white accents and Hartcopy’s signature red stitching along the eyestay, adding the only real interruption to the understated design.

A crushable heel allows the shoe to be worn as a traditional sneaker or mule, while a gum rubber outsole keeps things rooted in classic BW Army territory. Less structure. More options.
